Veronica Cedillo, COCN is a valued member of our colorectal care team. As an experienced advanced practice nurse and ostomy nurse, Veronica provides compassionate supportive care to all of her patients. It is her goal to work with the care team to make sure each patient’s needs are met and address any concerns along their health journey.
As a native of Dallas, Texas, Veronica enjoys bringing her experience to patients in DFW not only as Nurse Practitioner but also as a certified ostomy nurse. She has 19 years of nursing experience including 7 as an advanced practice nurse. As a Nurse Practitioner, Veronica provides support not only to her patients but to our colorectal care team as well, to make sure that each patient receives the highest quality outcome in their health journey. She is a very accomplished nurse and was recognized as one of DFW’s Great 100 Nurses in 2020.
Veronica is bilingual in both Spanish and English and enjoys being able to take care of a multitude if patients. She is happily married to a network systems security engineer and they have two children. Veronica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She is an avid sports fan of all the pro Dallas sports teams. In her spare time, she also plays soccer and loves running. She is an active member of several professional nursing organizations and completed her doctoral degree in nursing December 2021.
